Yes! It is a common misconception that profits and the softer management qualities are contradictory. Research and market results show that is not the case at all. Heart based leadership is not simply a ‘feel good factor’. It is about aligning the whole organisation to deliver better financial results through better decision making.
This two-day leadership course is delivered by trainers all over the world. It is based on the exciting new field of mBraining, or mBIT as it is also known. mBIT is short for ‘multiple Brain Integration Techniques’ and is a neuroscience based coaching field that works with all three of our intelligences; the one in our head, in our heart and in our gut.
This course is more internally focused than externally focused. Put differently, this course is more about the internal process of making a good decision for ourselves, more than it focuses on the specific decision itself. For that reason, the course is as relevant for teams at the top, bottom and everywhere in between.

Christel has been the Managing Director of a European IT company and in that role managed technical teams without having a technical background myself.
