Sales Training
A business is only as successful as its sales efforts are. Even if we are the best in our field, if we don’t know how to convert that expertise and excellence into actual sales, we are going to find it challenging to grow our business. That is why sales is such a crucial skill to master, no matter what industry you are in.
In This Sales Training You Will Learn
- A simple and practical four-step sales process that can be used in any industry.
- How your mindset impacts your sales results and what you can do to sell in a way that is authentic to how you are.
- The psychology of sales, so that you have a deep understanding of how to interpret your customers behaviours and buying signals.
- What to do to stay successful in sales over time.
- Which numbers and KPIs you should be tracking to spot the most important trends in your sales performance.
- The Four Customer Types; how to spot which type you are dealing with in less than a minute, how to adapt your communication and also your close to each type. Being able to adapt your approach to each customer type is a tried and tested way of improving your conversion rate.
- How to handle objections in a way that leaves both you and the customer feeling comfortable, and in a way that increases your chance of closing the sale.
- How to discount in a way that gives you the best bottomline result when closing a sale.
- How to design a sales process that will grow your sales as quickly as possible.
Online or In-House?
Our sales training will be available online later this year.
Until then, our sales training is delivered in-house and can be tailored to fit your existing processes and needs.
An in-house sales training is usually a whole day of training.

Frequently Asked Questions
These some most common questions about sales training.
When you sign up to the online sales training course, you have access to the materials for 3 months. That means you can take the course at least 3 times and I recommend taking it several times, so that you can pick up on new details every time and thereby get the most amount of learning from it.
The online sales training course is structured in different modules. Each module has a video where Christel’s goes through a certain area of sales. After the video, there are practical exercises or quizzes that you can take. These are aimed at helping you adapt this general sales course to your specific industry. You can ask questions and even interact with others who are taking the course too.
Yes. But before you do, please contact us. If your team is bigger than 5 people we can offer you a reduced price per person.
Yes. Once you have completed the online sales course, you will get a certificate listing the different modules you have taken.
Sales is essentially about being really good at communicating with all kinds of people, even the ones who are very different to ourselves. That is why Christel doesn’t need to know your industry to train your sales teams for better performance. She has developed a speciality within the self-storage industry but she works in many different industries, as you can see from the testimonials on this site.
The first step to an in-house sales training course is that we arrange a call where we can understand what areas you want to strengthen for your team and what your current sales process is. Based on that, we propose a schedule for the day, which you can then adapt further until you are happy with the topics and timings.
One size doesn’t fit all. It’s not true for clothing and it’s not true in sales. People buy from people they like and people like people who are like themselves. By being able to quickly spot which type we are dealing with, our sales teams can turn in to chameleons and adapt their style to the customer they are speaking to. This is true whether you sell online, in a retail setting, or through a longer quoting process. Our highest conversation rates are achieved when we know exactly how to communicate with every customer who comes in to our business. And that is why, over the years, Christel has focused more and more attention on this part of the training.
Although Christel is based in Denmark, she has actually never run a sales training here. Maybe you want to be the first? If not, Christel deliberately lives close to Copenhagen airport so she can hop on a plane easily. She runs sales trainings for business all over Europe, so if you think her content and her style fits your business there is no reason to let geography get in the way.
